1. Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing Time: 1-5 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- USA & UK: 7-15 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 7-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

🚀 Express shipping may be available for select products at an additional cost.

📌 Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💡 Free shipping is available on orders over £25

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Some orders may be shipped separately if items come from different warehouses.

We currently do not ship to [e.g., PO Boxes, Military Addresses, Certain Countries].
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us, and we will assist in locating your package.
Stolen Packages: We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery. Please check with your local carrier.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this, they are processed for shipping.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it following our Return Policy.
